William Henry

When Mathew William Conable and Michael Henry Honack teamed up in 1997 to release hand-hewn knives for their brand, William Henry, they sought to infuse art and the highest-quality materials into man’s most important tool. Fast-forward to today when Matt has grown William Henry from a 200-product boutique brand into a world-renowned line of luxury men’s jewelry, cutting instruments, and other accessories. Even with William Henry's global recognition, the designers have remained true to its mission to provide unique, personal objets-d’art, and continues to operate like a family workshop. Lux Bond & Green is proud to be an authorized William Henry retailer and to participate in William Henry's limited edition design releases. Some knives in Lux Bond & Green’s collection only exist in editions of ten in total. This exclusivity speaks to the designer’s commitment to seeking out the world’s most valuable and rare materials and treating them with the respect they deserve.

Each knife is carefully attended to by many artisans, taking about seven months to produce. William Henry inlays his knife creations with prehistoric materials such as 10,000-year-old woolly mammoth tusk, coral, mother of pearl, abalone, and more. Sterling silver inlay with gemstone button locks and thumb studs, and sharp, Damascus steel blades are further special features of William Henry cutting instruments. For those that love the kitchen extension into crafting kitchen and steak knives that are truly gorgeous for every foodie that loves quality and design.

Additionally, bold William Henry beaded bracelets for men are made from beautiful natural materials. Blue dumortierite stone, silver lace agate, red sesame jasper, and tiger’s eye are just a few of the stones used. The beads are strung on welded stainless steel aircraft cable thread for durability, and feature sterling silver endcaps. William Henry bracelets are secured with sturdy sterling silver lobster clasp, so they are safe to wear no matter how epic the adventure.

William Henry's designs are collector’s items and heirlooms. The designer’s greatest wish is that they are passed through a family’s generations.
