STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING
Please allow 1–4 business days for order processing, plus an additional 4–5 business days for delivery. We ship most “in stock” items as quickly as possible within this timeframe. Items ordered together may not always ship in the same package. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee. Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses will take additional time.

2nd DAY SHIPPING:
Packages arrive within 2-3 business days after order processing. The charge for 2nd Day shipping is $15.00.

NEXT DAY/ OVERNIGHT:
Please allow 1–4 business days for order processing. Packages arrive within 1 business day once order has been shipped. The charge for Next Day/Overnight Shipping is $25.00. Large or heavy items may not qualify for next day shipping without an additional charge. Our order department will happily contact you to go over options if necessary.

Adult Signature may be required at the time of delivery for all orders above $500.

ONLINE ORDERS:
Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and we do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Lux Bond & Green does not ship to post office boxes. Lux Bond & Green will accept a post office box as your billing address.

Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $100*.

RETURNS AND RETURN POLICY
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in as-new condition within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a sales receipt, all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. *

*Subject to quality control inspections
*All watches sold by Lux Bond & Green come with a 30-day return policy provided the watch has not been worn and is in its original condition. Any watch that comes with a plastic covering cannot be returned once the plastic has been removed.

Special orders, final sale items and personalized items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If the item was a gift it may be returned within the 30-day period for a store credit. Refunds of cash or check purchases will be refunded by a company check within 10 business days Lux Bond & Green reserves the right to refuse any return. We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
