Lux Bond & GReen
CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY
Leadership from the top
Leading by example has always been part of the Lux Bond & Green culture. The 4th generation with John and Marc Green held senior leadership roles within the most respected organizations in the jewelry industry, helping to shape responsible standards through industry organizations such as Jewelers of America, the Jewelers Vigilance Committee, the Gemological Institute of America, and the Jewelers Security Alliance. Charlie Green is a current member of the Jewelers Vigilance Committee
Through this leadership—both personally and on behalf of Lux Bond & Green—the company has played a meaningful role in advancing ethical sourcing, transparency, and supply chain accountability, including active involvement following the approval of the Kimberley Process in 1999. These efforts support responsible mining, environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and, above all, the protection of consumer trust.
RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS
Responsibility is not optional—it is fundamental. Lux Bond & Green proudly maintains affiliations with leading jewelry and industry organizations that uphold rigorous ethical, social, and environmental standards. We expect the same commitment from every business partner we work with.
From sourcing and manufacturing to operations and services, our partners are held to high standards of integrity, human rights, environmental responsibility, and transparency. Our Responsible Business Partner Policy reflects our belief that meaningful change happens when values are shared across the entire supply chain.

Giving Back to our Communities
Charitable giving has always been at the heart of Lux Bond & Green. From our founder, M.A. Green, to the generations that followed, our family has believed in supporting the communities where we live and work.
Each year, we thoughtfully engage with charitable foundations, civic organizations, and community events—carefully considering how we can make the greatest positive impact while safeguarding the well-being of our staff and neighbors.
Beyond philanthropy, we invest in the life and culture of our communities through sponsorships and partnerships with local organizations, including youth sports leagues, the Travelers Championship, the Boston Red Sox, Hartford Athletic, Westport Playhouse, and the Westport Public Library. These efforts reflect our ongoing commitment to nurturing vibrant, responsible, and thriving communities for our employees, clients, and neighbors alike.
We understand that our employees are not only passionate about their work but also about making a difference in the world around them. That’s why we are proud to offer a Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program, empowering our team to engage in charitable activities during paid work hours. Whether it’s supporting local non-profits, participating in community clean-up events, or mentoring youth, our VTO program provides the flexibility for employees to pursue causes they are passionate about without worrying about losing pay. We encourage our employees to take advantage of this opportunity and join Lux Bond & Green in making a difference in our community.
