 Lux Bond & Green is currently seeking Full-time Sales Professionals for our stores located in Westport, CT and the Shops at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, CT. The primary responsibility in these positions is to provide outstanding customer service to all clients advising them on jewelry, watch, and gift selections. In addition, responsibilities include assisting with inventory control, store maintenance, and becoming proficient on all store systems.  Duties include:

 -Exhibit a passion for luxury jewelry and watches as well as superior selling skills

-Build warm and friendly customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service always

  • Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services and use this knowledge to build sales
  • Practice suggestive selling and offer all customers add-on items to drive multiple unit sales
  • Understand and properly execute all systems and procedures to ensure quick and efficient transactions
  • Maintain merchandise presentation standards and ensure merchandise is replenished on the selling floor 

Experience: This position involves a great deal of customer contact in-person as well as via phone and e-mail. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise with customer correspondence, have excellent communication skills, and be computer literate. Prior experience in a luxury sales environment and knowledge of high-end jewelry and watches is strongly preferred.
