Ginori 1735

Ginori

Ginori 1735 has been part of history for close to 300 years. Marquis Carlo Andrea Ginori began pursuing his love for porcelain in Doccia, Italy, near Florence. He opened a factory, acquired equipment, and founded a school for ceramic artists, and in less than 50 years, the finest homes and palaces in Europe boasted Ginori table settings and sculptures. Throughout the next couple of centuries, Ginori adapted to stylistic trends in home décor without sacrificing quality. Top Italian artists were invited to leave their creative mark on Ginori, adding diversity of perspective and skill to the designer’s oeuvre. To this day, traditional craftsmanship is honored with Ginori’s luxury tableware. Ginori’s attention to precise detail is a key feature that makes this porcelain stand out.

Lux Bond & Green is an authorized retailer of Ginori, and our favorite collection is the Oriente Italiano. It embodies garden parties and carefree fun—like having dessert for dinner. Oriente Italiano dinner plates, chargers, vases, mugs, and bowls blend traditional Far Eastern ink carnation floral designs with Italian porcelain, yet they depart from the typical white surface. Each piece comes in vibrant colors like pastel purple, yellow, pink, blue, and green. The pink, blue, and purple options also boast the added luxury of a gold rim. Any casual entertainer can be assured that whenever they choose to use Ginori’s Oriente Italiano tableware, no matter the occasion, the gathering will receive an infusion of daring jubilance. Select your own colorful Ginori delight from a convenient Lux Bond & Green showroom in Connecticut or Massachusetts, or preview them all online!
