Our Boston Jewelry Stores are Open!
Wednesday, July 22nd, 2020
This year has truly been unlike any other year. If you live in the Boston area, you’ve likely been taking your health, and the health of your loved ones and your community very seriously during the COVID-19 pandemic. Many of us have been selective about going into stores, careful with where we go, what we touch, and who we see. Thanks to all of these sacrifices from many model citizens, the Northeast is seeing success with their phased re-opening plan. Many Bostonians are eager to (carefully) begin doing some activities that they might have been resisting over the past few months. Did someone say… shopping? Yes, you heard that right. Lux Bond & Green’s Boston MA area jewelry stores are ready for you.

We can’t express how much we’ve missed our Lux Bond & Green customers. Even before you head out the door, understand that we take your health as seriously as you do. Our Boston, MA and Wellesley, MA jewelry stores are open only under the most strict guidelines, and with your ultimate safety in mind. We want you to be able to shop our gorgeous designer collections with the same confidence and comfort that our customers have always expected.

Lux Bond & Green’s Boylston Street store is conveniently located at the heart of the downtown Boston shopping district. Whisk your worries away when entering our charming storefront, where you can browse luxury designer jewelry, engagement rings, watches, and more. This is where you can find refined gifts of pearl necklaces from Mikimoto, gold earrings from Marco Bicego, bangles by Roberto Coin, and timepieces from legendary innovators like Patek Philippe. Here, you’ll be able to enjoy a personal interaction with our knowledgeable staff, while also keeping contact limited. At our Boston location, we are currently open six days a week, 10am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, and 11am to 4pm on Saturdays. Our now-open Massachusetts jewelry stores are operating at reduced capacity, and customers and staff are asked to wear a mask throughout their shopping experience, out of concern and safety for all parties. By taking care of one another, we can all do our part to contribute to a thoughtful reopening process.

Like our Boston location, our Wellesley, MA jewelry store is now once again open for business. Throughout life, you’re guaranteed to have jewelry needs, from fitting on wedding rings, to having engravings done. It is so important to mark milestones and important purchases and commissions with a business that you trust, and Lux Bond & Green has been the go-to store for families in Massachusetts and Connecticut since 1898. Lux Bond & Green’s Wellesley patrons rave about beautifully produced custom designs, seamless watch repairs, and receiving friendly, thoughtful and intelligent service. You’ll find the same professional approach we’ve always taken continued during these challenging times. Our Wellesley, MA hours are currently Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 5pm, and closed Sunday and Monday.

If you want the Lux Bond & Green experience that you’ve come to expect in your next jewelry purchase, but you are not quite ready for in-store shopping, we have you covered. With curbside pickup offered at our Boston-area jewelry stores, you don’t have to miss out on any more gift-giving opportunities. Browse our designer collections online, pick out your purchase, and give us a call to coordinate curbside pickup.

Can you guess one other reason why Bostonians love Lux Bond and Green? It has to do with something so emblematic, so fused with the essence of this town that people instantly think of it when you say “Boston.” It’s Fenway Park! You’d better bet we are as diehard of fans as you are. As the official jeweler of the Boston Red Sox, we’re proud to be favored by your own favorite players.

Dedication runs true in the Lux Bond & Green family history. Morris A. Green first began operating a horse and cart jewelry repair business in Waterbury, Connecticut, until he could open a storefront location 122 years ago. Several of his seven sons took the reins in the 1930s, and this family business grew through four generations of hard work, throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts, extending to six brick-and-mortar locations and a significant online presence. Lux Bond & Green is an American success story and continues to be beloved by Boston’s most discerning shoppers. We hope that you take a trip to your nearest location soon, knowing that you’re in good hands for your next special jewelry purchase. We can’t wait to see you!
