| Thank you for your interest in Lux Bond & Green and our rich traditions
and history for helping our communities become a better place to live, work
and play. Each year Lux Bond & Green happily receives hundreds of requests
from very worthwhile organizations throughout New England. While Lux Bond
& Green would like to be able to grant each request, it is not financially
feasible to do so even with our generous annual contributions. As a result
formal charitable giving guidelines have been established. |

| Lux Bond & Green provides financial and in kind support to numerous organizations
annually. Some of our contributions are made possible with the generous
support of our manufacturing partners. In addition our staff gives many
hours of volunteer leadership to the numerous associations and non-profit
organizations. Many of the requests approved by our committee come from
the organizations the Lux Bond & Green staff volunteers for primarily in
our service areas of Connecticut and Massachusetts. |

| In general, Lux Bond & Green limits its charitable contributions to organizations
we currently support. In order to be able to fund the numerous and worthwhile
requests from the many communities we serve, financial and in kind support
made in one year do not imply continued funding in succeeding years. If

| Lux Bond & Green and the Green family were honored in 2011 by Jewelers
For Children (JFC) at their Facets of Hope event which supports children's
causes such as Make a Wish, St Jude's Research Hospital, Elizabeth Glazer
Pediatric Aids Foundation, CASA and others. Lux Bond & Green helped raise
over three million dollars at this incredible event. You can help JFC in
2012 during our dress down and Friday free battery giveaway days with a
contribution to this very worthwhile organization which will launch in May
2012. at their Facets of Hope event which supports children's causes such
