For over a century, Lux Bond & Green has been dedicated to offering
truly extraordinary diamonds, jewelry, watches and gifts, exceptional
customer service, fabulous values with our world wide buying power,
exclusive and custom designs, master goldsmithing and engraving, and
meticulous gift-wrapping. Whatever the occasion, our tenured staff
of over 150 professionals is what sets Lux Bond & Green apart for
making your purchase memorable.

Founded in 1898
Lux Bond & Green, Inc. was founded in 1898 by Morris A. Green, who
had operated a horse and cart selling pocket watches and gold eye
frames. Irving G. Green became President in 1933. Robert E. Green
became President in 1973 and Chairman in 1992. In 1992 John A. Green
was elected President and CEO and Marc A. Green, Vice Chairman.
The Family
The Green family, with Robert and Nancy (generation three), John,
Marc, Norma, and Sheryl (generation four) and now with a fifth generation
working toward careers in the jewelry business have each shown their
commitments to the principles that were established in 1898. The company
was founded with a core value and mission about caring for the well
being of their staff and their communities and today their long tenured
150 professionals and the numerous charitable events and donations
are a testament to those founding principles. The annual golf tournament
led by the staff has raised over 300,000 dollars most notably for
the Connecticut Children's Medical Center. We are very proud of our
community work and our dedicated team who are responsible for many
of these achievements.
